By using the HopeLake website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking
All bookings are confirmed after prepayment is received. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
3. House Rules
Guests must respect the property, other guests, and the natural environment. Loud noise after 23:00 is not allowed. Pets are allowed with prior notice.
4. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Costs will be discussed and agreed upon directly.
5. Liability
HopeLake is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries from outdoor activities, or weather-related issues. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
6. ID Verification at Check-in
All guests are required to present a valid ID card (for local guests) or passport (for foreign guests) at check-in. This is not our choice — it is a legal obligation. We are required by law to report guest information to the government authorities. Your documents are only used for this purpose and are not stored or shared otherwise.
