Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Prepayment

To confirm a booking, a prepayment of 40% of the total amount is required. During holiday periods (national holidays, New Year, Novruz, etc.), the prepayment may increase to 50%.

2. Refunds

Once a prepayment is made, it is non-refundable. We cannot return the prepayment under any circumstances.

3. The Only Exception

If you need to cancel and we are able to find another guest for your exact dates, we will transfer your prepayment to that booking and refund you in full. However, this is not guaranteed and depends entirely on availability.

4. Date Changes

If you want to change your dates instead of cancelling, contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this depends on availability.
